Jodeen is also the Shadow Attorney-General, Shadow Minister for Justice and Shadow Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Services, Women's Policy, AustralAsia Railway, Defence Support, Major Projects, Business & Economic Development, Essential Services, Corporate & Information Services, Family and Community Services and Child Protection.
Jodeen was appointed as the Leader of the Opposition on 24 June 2005 and held the position until 29 January 2008.
